You haven't inaugurated the new factory yet, but it's already up and running, isn't it?

The new factory is now up and running and is producing watches. What we've seen since production started in March is a huge difference. When you get manufacturing working together the way it should, teams working together, you bring them all together in an open environment, you get better problem solving, communication and much more. When you cut things up, a lot of things get lost. We looked at the opportunities for expansion here in Schaffhausen, we discussed all the back and forth work we used to do, and we realised it wasn't working. Now we have everything in an open environment where we have shop floor meetings next to the workstations and they get together every morning to review any challenges they have and get them resolved then and there.

What are the biggest challenges facing Ulysse Nardin Replica Watches?

We are not as well known in the US and that will be our focus in the coming years. There is a great deal of work to be done in the US to increase awareness.
